WOMENS DEFENSE AND AWARENESS
This 1 day (8 hour) intensive women only course is designed to educate, promote awareness, build self confidence and give women the physical and mental skills they need to detect, deter, avoid and escape potentially violent and unwanted encounters. This one day course will consist of 75% classroom instruction and 25% on site practical exercises.
